Feeling like Spring? I sure am! I must be longing for Spring, because I made this skirt for myself the other day. Finally got the time to finish it with lace. I'm not really a frilly frooffy kind of girl, but lace tickled my fancy this time. I used this pattern again. It really is that simple! ~ And....to top it off, I found this cute sweater to go with........haven't bought it yet, just mulling the color combo's over in my mind.
Thanks for all the fun wishes for my girlie's first sewing attempts! She is having a way fun time, and has since made herself a tiny, dolly quilt to hang on the wall in her room!

Yep, that pattern is that easy -- and yep, could seriously use a dose of spring as well. LOVE the goodies your little one has been making. WOOO HOOO! I can't wait 'til mine has the patience to learn some of the crafting goodnes :0).

love the green skirt! and it's not too frilly at all, the lace looks great on it. We're looking at 8" of snow outside, so I don't think spring will be here for a while....! let's see the doll quilt!
