We're having fun over here (the kids and I) ~ Have you tried out Anna Maria's fabric silhouette's? You can check out this link for a delightful demonstration. I let the girls trace the shapes (with help) and paint these cute things to hang up in their room. My almost six year old even sketched and painted her own flowers trailing along the bottom of her butterfly canvas.

What fun! Thanks Anna Maria!!!

Completely CUTE! I saw her do those on Martha and have been meaning to give it a try. Yours turned out darling. AND your daughter did a great job! What a fun project.
PS- Thanks for the sweet email. My husband is doing better. He is healing and the scarring looks really great compared to what I was thinking in my mind!
Very sweet!! I love them. I had thought about making those myself someday. What a great craft project to do with your daughter!

They're adorable :)
It does indeed look like grand fun and I love that y'all worked on these projects together.
Those look great!!! And the butterfly one looks great too, not lopsided at all! I want to do a few of these for the baby's nursery.
Love those!!! I've been toying with doing one or two for my dd's room. Maybe this summer when we have to do a small "redo" to make room for her "big girl bed". As for the camera -- I got my little one a digital camera for Christmas. It really reminds me of the old "instamatics" from when I was a kid (but digital, 'cause, well, I'm not paying for devloping). It was totally reasonably priced too -- so I'm not too worried if it gets a bit, um, mangled.
Oh these are sooo sweet! What a gorgeous little shelf display too. Love the flowers and butterfly :O)
so cute! You are truly crafty! And a nice interior decorator!!!
what talent!!
