that sounds really simple, no browning meat beforehand! Just a question, what would I call a yellow onion? (Australia speaking here!) is it just a normal onion, ours are white or brown. Or something else? thank you again. yum

Whatever kind of onion you use will be delicious.......I just happened to have a yellow/brown onion. :)) Good luck! :) You can use Shallots, too.....whatever!
