Sew what?

Finally getting back to the sewing machine after another nasty bout of the flu in our house....not much fun. I'd have to say that this has been the worst Winter so far for illness in our house.
So to cheer myself up, I'm sewing a little something.

What do you think this gorgeous pile of fabric will turn into? Come on back tomorrow and see what it has turned into. Hint, it's not another one of these, or these. No, not this time. It's going to be a little something for my shop. The oh so neglected shop! It's about time I added some new things over there!

I have a lot of ideas in the works......finally chipping away at the first on the list....but this little project today is for some sewing therapy. Holding heads and cleaning up puke all week is not the best outlet. But it's the love of a mother for her children, and that's what I love to do best.....love my sweet kiddos.

Oh poor you...what a hideous week. I was going to say a cushion for the red chair...but then you said it's for your shop...so I'm not sure at all, but I do love that pink and red fabric on the right hand side of the photo!

I'm glad everyone is on the road to better health. I've never had the flu but everyone in my family has and it's pretty horrid.

Your fabrics are gorgeous; I love each and every one of them I can see in the photos.
