Sunny side up

Don't you just love this sunny fabric! I ordered a bunch of it last week with the purpose of making it into a tablecloth. I was so excited, that I got to work as soon as the fabric arrived. I used some cute black and white polka dots for a little border print between the Casey Scroll and the stripes. How fun is that!

Sorry peeps, this post is not about the fun thing I made in the last post. I have something fun in the works.....it's almost done! I'll be back with the details soon. Just a small little something that I have wanted to do for quite some time now.

As soon as my girlie saw me get out the camera, she grabbed a pillow, pulled up the stool, and cozied on in for the photo shoot. She looked so adorable sitting here, having her breakfast in the sun, so I had to share.

Thanks again, Jennifer for the gorgeous burst of color around my house! Lovin your new fabrics~

Looks like I need to get busy and iron out my tablecloth now.

Beautiful colors on the table cloth! Your little girl on the pillow looks so sweet sitting there on the pillow! It makes me want to make polka-dot pillows for each of my children to sit on. I probably have too many project ideas in my head already, but I love this idea.

gorgeous colors, fantastic design!

*i always have loved yellow, and all the more since my toddler son began to say words a little backwards, like 'lay-o' for yellow.
