He removed the old fabric, the staples.....I cut the pattern, sewed the pieces together.....and he stapled and stretched and stapled some more! Snip, sew, staple...........something like that. Here it is.....the new and improved chair. I LOVE IT! I love HIM for helping me! He's the best husband and pal 'o mine. Didn't turn out too badly for amateurs.
(Six yards of continuous fabric + a lot of time, elbow grease and persistence = a new chair)


Oh, and happy September 1st! Now that it's here, I think I can get used to the idea that Fall is on the way......although I'm still savoring whats left of you, Summer......like these gorgeous sunflowers.......
