More cuteness

So the story goes a little like this.........my daughter loves fabric almost as much as her mommy does! I say almost, simply because I've been around a little longer than she. She's online one day, and says, "mommy, lets order some fabric". "I want something peachy pink with roses"....so this is what she picked!! Heather, doesn't she have wonderful taste! We ordered from epb dolls and it was here TWO DAYS LATER! So if you need some more Freshcut fabric, head on over to the lovely elinor's site!

ps - the main skirt fabric is my absolute favorite of the line, I need to find some! and THEN do something with my charm pack :) Fabricana has a few of the prints, but not that one.

Just lovely I must say !!! Love how you combined the fabric's. I have some fresh cut as well...just waiting for me to whip something up. Isn't it so fun that your daughter loves to pick out fabric just like you !! My Chloe is the same...makes my heart sing !!

sooo cute! and she does have quite good taste!! I LOVE that fabric... the worst thing about finding favorite fabrics though is using them, because then they are gone. Her outfit is beautiful!!

So cute! I wish I had a little girl who loved fabric. As it stands, my husband and cats don't encourage me as much as they should to buy more!

That outfit is adorable! Where did you find the pattern for this one?

Thanks for all the lovely compliments! I did not use a pattern for this one. I just folded the fabric in half for the apron and held it up to my daughter......guessed and cut a general apronish shape. The apron is reverse able. For the skirt, I just used two half yard cuts and made the top layer shorter than the bottom layer. Sewed them together at the top and folded the top over by about an inch and inserted elastic in the waistband. EASY PEASY! Hope this wasn't too confusing.
