Peach fuzz, not quite ripe....but certainly pretty enough to sit on my kitchen counter and ripen.

Thank you to our lovely neighbors!
They don't know it, but I've been watching the peaches ripen on their tree, all summer long. I can see the tree, from outside our top story bedroom window. Dreaming of peaches and cream, homemade jam, cobblers, tarts, what else? Yummy~ I am going to make the best gluten-free peach concoction ever. Some sort of a dessert is spinning away in my mind. (of course with fresh whipping cream or homemade vanilla ice cream to go with)
Cute little box, isn't it......they handed the peaches over in this 'ol cigar box.

Oh they do look good!
You're a lucky girl! Can't wait to see what you've made with them =)
Lucky you! I wish I had neighbours like yours...(sigh)!
Oh I can smell them from here - we don't often get good peaches here but straight from the tree, what could be better?
