Freshcut Boquet for the Bed

This was so much fun to make! A few months ago my mom asked me if I would like to make a quilt for she and Dad! Of course I was delighted with the proposal. Mom chose these Freshcut fabrics, and I added a few others to the mix. What do you think?

(click on the quilt to the left for some gorgeous quilting detail) My personal quilters Pat and Dea at the California Quilting Center are top notch! Go check out their new website!!

Freshcut Quilt

I was in a hurry to get the quilt to my mother for her birthday, which was just a few days before Christmas, so I machine sewed the binding on....

Freshcut Quilt

Happy Birthday Momma! Dreaming of Springtime, birds and flowers to come.......

Freshcut Quilt

A special thanks to Heather Bailey for her gorgeous Freshcut line, Jennifer Paganelli for her gorgeous Sis Boom fabrics, and Amy Butler for the flowery fabrics and stripy binding on the quilt! Love these fabrics! Thanks to Dea for the gorgeous quilting job she did.
