Rain streaked windows for this first day of March
Think I'll cozy up with a good book, under my favorite, new quilt. Sorry this is just a teaser of my quilt. I still need to get some good photos. Maybe this weekend the rain will let up and I can get some outdoor shots.

Bye, bye, February, Hello March!
Having fun with fabric scraps......cutting, piecing, sewing, pressing. These mini quilts are so fun to make. I plan on hanging a few on the wall with some paintings and photography for a fun mixed media collage.

The weekend was great
Over the weekend we hung out with friends, cooked yummy meals, went for walks, relaxed, read a book, made the cutest little apron for a little friend's birthday, did some baking, painting, planted some spring flowers.....

Green!!!!!!
.....and today's flavor is..........
Green smoothie recipe:
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
2 medium carrots, peeled
1/2 to one inch of fresh ginger, grated
1 cup shaved ice
1 cup kale, shredded into bite sized pieces
1 cup collard greens
1/2 lime, peel part of the skin if you don't want it too tangy
Get juicing, my friends!
